If you have NOT checked into your room, please contact the University Housing office to cancel your Housing Agreement.
If you have checked into your room and wish to cancel your agreement, complete the cancellation request on your Contract Summary page in the University Housing Portal.
Your request will be reviewed by staff, and we will contact you if additional information is needed. In most cases, you will need to supply documentation to support the reason for your request. Once the cancellation request has been reviewed, you will receive a status notification to your Volmail account.
We recommend that you review the University Housing agreement prior to submitting your contract release request.
