The Engineering Career and Academic Preparation (ECAP) Living & Learning Community is a recruitment and retention program for incoming freshmen planning to major in engineering. ECAP is designed to provide strategic programming for non-admitted engineering students, including engineering awareness, improved academic performance, and program retention.




Community Requirements

ECAP LLC students must be non-admitted engineering freshmen interested in pursuing a major in the College of Engineering and eligible to enroll in Math 130 starting fall semester. All selected students must participate in all academic workshops, fall/spring coursework, and career development sessions.
