REFUNDS
You will receive a refund of your Fall 2018 housing fees in the amount listed below. Housing fee refunds will be reflected on your student account within 10 business days of submission of this form.
| OPT OUT – By selecting this option, you will be released from your contract with University Housing for the 2018-2019 academic year. You will receive the refund listed below, which is the full Fall 2018 rent, but will be responsible for your own off-campus lease and rent. | OPT IN – By selecting this option, you will be reassigned for the academic year to space in an off-campus apartment complex. You will receive the refund below, which is 50% of your Fall 2018 rent. For the Spring 2019 term, rent will be applied to your account for the original Laurel rate. | |||

University Housing is working to secure space in off-campus apartment complexes. Listed below is additional information about potential off-campus apartment options. There are limited amounts of space available in off-campus apartments. Your preference will be taken into consideration but there is no guarantee you will be placed in a specific apartment complex and/or with your current roommate.
