Opening in the Fall of 2019, Magnolia Hall will provide housing to 408 students, primarily in semi-suite style rooms featuring double shared living options on floors 1-3. The fourth floor of Magnolia Hall offers community style double occupancy living arrangements.
Inviting, open green spaces in the courtyard will welcome students while also providing easy access to student recreation facilities and the west side of the UT campus.
Magnolia Hall is also the home of University Housing central offices, located on the Ground Floor.
