Our first new residence hall in nearly 40 years, the Fred D. Brown Jr. Residence Hall is a 250,000 square foot facility designed specifically for today’s student. Brown Hall is a Semi-suite style hall, and features quad shared and double shared living options.


Clement Hall consists of 8 floors and 698 spaces. Suites are made of two double-occupancy rooms connected with a semi-private bathroom. Originally named Cumberland Hall, the hall was renamed in honor of former Governor Frank G. Clement.


Opening in the Fall of 2019, Dogwood Hall will provide housing to 464 students, primarily in Semi-suite style rooms featuring double shared living options on floors.  Dogwood Hall will also offer a limited number of four-bedroom apartments for students in their second year or later.  


Geier Hall provides housing to 378 students and features pod style and apartment style living. Pods include several double-occupancy rooms and smaller shared bathrooms located throughout the hallway.


Currently housing 957 residents, Hess Hall features comfortable double-occupancy rooms and large community bathrooms on each floor.


Large lobbies on each floor are conducive to meeting friends or hosting large gatherings, and Laurel Hall is a short walk to the College of Law and Strong Hall. Laurel Residence Hall offers upper division students an independent style of living while maintaining the campus atmosphere.


Opening in the Fall of 2019, Magnolia Hall is primarily a semi-suite style hall, and features double shared living options on floors 1-3.  The fourth floor of Magnolia Hall offers Community Style double occupancy living arrangements.


Originally named West Hall Unit A, Massey Hall was renamed and dedicated to former Dean of Men Felix Massey. Currently housing 582 students, Massey Hall offers an engaging residence experience based on tradition.


North Carrick is the northern wing of the largest residence hall in the complex and houses 494 men. This style of traditional suite-style rooms have two double-occupancy rooms with a semi-private bathroom.
