Residence Hall Association
Do you want to get inVOLved on campus? The hall association is a great way to get connected in your hall and to get started in a leadership position that can pave the way to further involvement on campus! Your hall association plans programs and gets residents engaged in their community. All residents are members, and membership benefits include movie and game checkout, rec rooms, hall gyms and hall programs. Floor representatives are selected each semester and hall association officers are elected in the spring semesters. Visit your hall director for more information!
Student Government Association
Interested in student government? SGA is the place for you! Students in SGA have the opportunity to make a difference on their campus by advocating for the students they represent. Living and working on campus is a great way to get to know people, learn your way around UT and make some extra money! There are lots of student jobs available on campus, and it’s a great way to get connected. Check out the Housing staff page for information on available positions at the front desk of your residence hall, and don’t forget to reach out to other departments on campus to find that perfect part-time job.
