Beginning in fall 2014, students will have the opportunity to enter into a twelve-month housing agreement in Laurel Hall, allowing access to campus housing during all university breaks. This opportunity is ideal for students wishing to remain in Knoxville to attend summer school or work a summer job without having to move to a different hall for the summer. It is also perfect for graduate students and international students.
Freshman students who sign a 12-month contract are eligible to live in Laurel Hall.
Space is limited, so apply soon to receive priority room placement.
Rates and Application Process
Please e-mail University Housing to obtain a 12-month agreement for fall 2014. For new students and transfer students, a $250 non-refundable Enrollment Confirmation Fee is required to live on campus (returning students and graduate students are exempt from this fee). Students will be notified of housing assignments through their UT e-mail address. Selection is based on date of submission and availability.
