Phase 1: Fred D. Brown Residence Hall

Our first new residence hall in nearly forty years, the Fred D. Brown Jr. Residence Hall is a 250,000 square foot facility designed specifically for today’s student. An inviting courtyard leads to the main entrance and will provide an exciting outdoor space for casual recreation, outdoor study time or a place to enjoy time with friends. This hall will complement the existing UT campus while also integrating state-of-the-art technology, sustainability, and an environmentally-conscious living space that elevates student accommodations to a whole new level.
