6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
University Housing will host a campus-wide Open House event featuring seven residence halls on Tuesday, January 24th from 6:30pm-8:30pm.
This event is specifically designed for current students living on campus. For events designed for incoming students, click here.
The Open House will provide groups of students and individuals an opportunity to explore different residence hall styles, as well as compete in a scavenger hunt for prizes! Students will see halls representing each of the main styles of living, including: traditional suite, community, and apartment. Each group or individual competing in the race will begin at the Frieson Black Cultural Center at a University Housing tent, and will receive a scorecard and other fun goodies! Teams and individuals will then visit each hall, receive a tour of a resident room or show room, and learn about the many different opportunities that living on-campus provides! Participants will be divided into individual and group categories and one winner from each category will receive a prize! Door prizes will also be given out throughout the night via social media.
This event will be a wonderful opportunity to have your questions about on-campus living answered and compete for a chance to win prizes!
